This show transports you back in time to listen to interviews with historic characters who had front-line experiences treating patients and fighting disease, stories about the people, events, and ailments that have plagued the Klondike in the last 125 years, and how, as a community, we have come together to stay safe and support each other.
Yukon RPM Challenge
8 Yukon artists recorded an album in the month of February as part of the RPM Challenge. Snowed in hosts Mike Erwood and Dan Brown Hozjan hosted a listening party on CFYT.
Klondike Cabin Companion
A comedic radio show performed live by a bunch of talented Dawsonites and with special guests Al Simmons and Carolyn Marks. Performed before a packed house at the KIAC Ballroom and broadcast live on CFYT, this production was a smash hit.

The Berton House Writer’s Retreat is a year-round residency for professional Canadian writers in the restored boyhood home of Pierre Berton in Dawson City, Yukon. Owned and operated by the Writers’ Trust of Canada with support from the Klondike Visitors Association and the Dawson City Community Library.
